Alpha gal

So folks I’m struggling hard I got bit by a tick I’m now allergic to red meat (all mammals) anything that has the alpha Gal carb. I basically can’t take anything that has gelatin or animal by products with ag. I can still do dairy for now, but before you say just go vegan, there is a seaweed that has Carageenan which has the ag carb… I’m a wildland firefighter so meal prep constantly is not always an option… also looking for some answers on performance enhancers.

@Sofreakingwhat alpha gal is a serious situation and its hard to say whats right for you we are really guessing here

in your condition, better we start off with what you're doing NOW rather then we tell you what to do
so post up your DIET food and training and supplements log in a NEW thread so we can see situation before we talk cycles with you bro


To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

not really a huge deal man a lot of people have this they don't know it
you can still have eggs and poultry and fish
 
wow that sucks, sorry that happened to you. a tick bit you?
 
Eggs are a great option you really should log this journey
this way you can keep track of what you're eating and what is bothering you so we'll know
 
so what would happen if you ate something that you couldn't have? Do you get an allergic reaction as in you can die from it or do you start sneezing or what

this is crazy something out of a sci-fi movie
so you're telling me you can't eat any meat at all I don't understand
log it and post what you can eat
 
let's see your log and let's see the foods that you're allowed to eat
it seems like there are a lot of options just because you can't eat red meat doesn't mean you can't eat other me
 
what about turkey, chicken, eggs, there's a lot of protein options
let's see your log journal and let's see if you can make gains without any red meat
