anyone on here mess with gum?

What do you guys think about chewing gum while you train or chewing gum in general? Can you lay down some of the benefits and disadvantages to doing that? I haven't chewed gum in a long time. When I was a kid I used to love taking gum to school when they would allow us to.

I'm not a big fan of gum. It's not good for your teeth and it's not good for your jaw.

The problem with gum is it's usually not healthy. It's got too much sugar in it or artificial sweeteners. It really messes with you.

Sometimes I like chewing on gum. It just depends but gum seems to not last very long. You'll lose the flavor fast.

Bros, when I'm on the job sometimes I'll chew gum but it's not very professional, especially if you're blowing bubbles while you work, haha.

One of the things you can do instead of chewing on gum is get some jackfruit. It's kinda like gum. You put it in your mouth and kinda chew it.
