Im on everything PT and Chiro, acupuncture doesn’t do anything for this since the nerve pinch is very deep. Dry needling helps. But at the end of the day nerves take months to heal. That’s the consensus from all the docs I’ve been to

Very modified, as you’ve seen in my logs. Certain things I physically can’t do. I’m under loading intentionally to get movement, but not potentially aggravate it

you mean that upper back is hitting your elbow?

The upper back is The dorsal scapular nerve, that’s pinched. That pinch went down the channel and also pinched the radial nerve on my forearm. Both of them hurt simultaneously.
