damn we need to get you accupuncture brother you try?
Im on everything PT and Chiro, acupuncture doesn’t do anything for this since the nerve pinch is very deep. Dry needling helps. But at the end of the day nerves take months to heal. That’s the consensus from all the docs I’ve been to 👎
