Best bulker within reason

currently 175 pounds and five foot eight, I’m around 12% body fat in a year ago I was much skinnier 8% body fat but weigh 10 pounds less.
Looking to continue to bulk up I want to perhaps get up to 185 or 190 pounds.
Looking to do 12 weeks of dbol and test. Question is would it be okay to use dbol that long or would that be too much?

12 weeks with dbol not good sorry

6 weeks dbol is fine
with 12 weeks of test

you don't want to run test and dbol for 12 weeks. thats a lot of aromatization

drop the dbol after 4 weeks

bulking is a good plan to get you to 200 pounds even

make sure you don't spike your estrogen too much. i would go with tbol over dbol

Dbol 6 weeks max. Run test 12 weeks. Add npp or eq to bulk
