best meal replacements?

I travel a lot for my job and i am actually travelling more right now with the pandemic so it is impossible for me to take food with me so i gotta make due as best i can. if i can't get in my 5 meals a day would taking a meal replacement protein bar be a smart choice?

Why it it impossible?
 
i'm not gonna sugar coat it at all but salesman or people who travel are going to have a tough time eating nutritious food. you need to do the best you can, read ingredients on what you buy. when you stay at a motel/hotel get a place with a stove/fridge so you can cook your own stuff. or how about taking a crockpot or air fryer with you when you travel if possible? that shouldn't be hard if you are travelling by car
 
You will just have to put in more effort to get good food but it can be done. Before this lock down, I was travelling a lot also. You just need to take some time to get food from a grocery store instead of grabbing fast food. Make sure your hotel has a fridge or even better an actual kitchen. You can always meal prep too and freeze all your meals. There are great coolers out there designed for this exact purpose.
 
I remember old film about Dexter Jackson preparation to mr.O where he drank dozens of muscletech meal replacements per day adding even more protein to it)
I think it's not so hard to find place where you can order chicken breast or something like this with vegetables
