what are going to be the best protein powders to drink if I want to get good results
looking to boost the amount of protein in my diet
should I order non flavored protein powder and mix it with something sweet like fruit or honey?
Or should I get the flavoried protein powder and mix it with bananas to give it more vitamins?
 
Theres a lot of options out there in whey to supplement protein. You can add things to the shakes of youd like but whole foods are your best option
 
the protein requirements that you see bantered around are just bro science.

you only need .6g per pound. so a 200 pound dude needs around 120g per day AVERAGE as a bodybuilder.

if you're on every drug Under the Sun and tons of hgh and insulin then obviously more protein is going to be wanted but that doesn't mean a thing for 99.9% of people
 
make sure you check ingredients on these products most of them are no good

Order whatever you like. I add honey and fruit
 
Don't think that protein powder is going to "give you results". It is just processed food. You want to focus on real food and training hard to give you results.
 
Real food is always going to be the best option, after you have all of your meals addressed shakes are an excellent way to get extra protein and calories in consistently and easily. I personally recommend a lactose free whey protein isolate to help with digestion. You're right on track with adding in fruits and other foods to your shakes! Track your macros and experiment with what tastes good to you! It can be a fun process.
