Best test, deca and eq stack

I'm 31, 5 ft 8, 182 lb
lean physique maybe 12% body fat or less
my goal is to bulk up and do a longer cycle maybe even 20 weeks or more
What are your suggestions when it comes to cycle ratios?
Do i need to run deca at a 2:1 ratio to test?
What about Equipoise? Does it have to be ran higher or lower then test
trust me I've done my research and there are a lot of conflicting information out there I'm not sure who to listen to or who to believe. please give me some legitimate science to back up what you're saying
 
there is zero reason to run a cycle that long... that will just make recovery far more difficult and gains less keepable... i run test and deca the same... 300 each is a great number to get results but keep side effects much lower... for eq, i would go with 500-600 mg week..
 
the key with nandrolone is using a dht with it to balance DHN

running test 2:1 does nothing to help there. you need proviron

12 weeks test and deca 1 to 1

some people run EQ as high as 800
 
20 weeks too long on cycle do 12 weeks
