best way to supplement b12

I'm not sure if this is the best place to ask this but how does a person who is deficient in b12 get their levels up without having to go to a doctor? I found out my levels are low and my doctor wants to charge me a lot to get injections weekly. my energy levels haven't been good so i need help
 
Just start taking b12 daily and you'll feel better. Dont worry about tests. No need injections. If you take 500% dose split into 4x it will work well.
