Best way to time cardarine

I just started using cardarine GW at 20 mg a day
I'm 45 years old and I am a runner
when will I start seeing results because so far I haven't seen any benefits after a couple days
also is there a difference between the endurance results and fat loss

I use cardarine 10mgs AM and 10mgs preworkout or precardio so best time is like that.
 
You would need few weeks as a minimum, before anything happens, consider adding CARDAZOL, NATURAL per-workout booster of cardio,stamina,energy, FAT loss
 
Definitely give it some time to notice the endurance benefits. Especially since you are a runner and would have great cardio output already.
