Managed to do legs tonight and once again focusing on perfecting form as opposed to lifting heavy.
Managed to actually get a nice pump even though the weight was light!
I do struggle psychologically with doing particular leg exercises due to previous injuries so I will gradually increase weight over time.
Will post some food pics tomorrow !
