I have been experimenting on diet and done bloodwork with those and turns out my body responds well on animal products. I use to eat chicken and rice with broccoli twice a day for 2 months last year, i barely dropped a pound and i felt like shit i hate eating i was unhappy. This past 2 months i tried animal fat/protein throughout the day 0 carbs and only eat carbs at night, my weight and fat dropped i don’t feel sleepy during the day i got more energy, i am happy. I think i agree on i have to prep food by myself more but if i have to choose a diet that works for me for a long run, this diet is right.

Yes bro, im planning to blast n cruise my whole life. After this 24 week EQ done ima cruise at 250mg/week u til next year i might hop on tren again. And thank you everyone in this community for the support

Today have been a long day for us. My wife’s grandpa was put in hospice and we went ti visit him in the other state. For breakfast i have 6 eggs and 8 bacon. We didn’t have lunch until 6pm because we were busy in the hospital and her family wanted buffalo wild wings, i got cheeseburger with no bun. On the drive back we got home at 10:30pm and im tired and hungry so i went to taco bell drive through and get steak chalupa with steak quesadillaz

Why did u go to failure on biceps ? It's shuch a small muscle group you can definitely increase injury risk or no recovery, doing back and bicep u hit the biceps twice as hard, biceps will grow without going into failure.
