Time to go back to work tonight. My Coach took a decent little cal drop so I'm sure working through the night hungry will be super fun! Lots of room to move up on reta if things are truly unbearable. The two day refeed with a little slin feels like a power up haha my workouts and sleep have been absolutely stellar yesterday and today.
