boosting my recovery after workouts with tb500

I’m interested in boosting my recovery after my workouts. I’ve heard that certain peptides can help with this. One of the ones I’m interested in using is TB 500 which I’ve read is very effective. Some people say that you should do 5 mg a week while others say you should push it up 10 or 15 mg even what do you recommend?

You're going to want to front load TB 500. it works excellent. 10-15mgs that first week

i would add some hgh at 2-3iu's per day. that would be most ideal. it will work good
