Broken seals on supplements

Newbie
I bought several supplements online and they arrived and the package looked like it had been tampered with. Not sure if they broke anything and then try to seal it up or what. But I noticed that the supplements don't have any seals just caps. Is it possible that someone open the supplements then shut it back.

If you buy from a trusted source it's fine but if it's your first time ask for an exchange.

You should have a seal under the cap at least man!
