can I get back on cycle with a little gyno?

Newbie
I did prohormones in the past and got some bitch tits haha, a bit of gyno. My nipples are puffy even after cycle.
1 year later I still have a bit of gyno. But I want to do a full steroid cycle test/tren. Can I run the cycle even if I have gyno?
I planned to use aromasin and nolvadex with it.

dont go on cycle when you have gyno, do an anti-gyno cycle then go on a cycle
letrozole+nolvadex+yohimflame topical
 
of course you can but like Steve said... should you? no, not at all... you need to get your gyno taken care of first...
