can I prevent acne with accutane?

Hello, I have nasty acne on my back right now and decided to buy some accutane but didnt plan if it's ok. I'm still on orals 40mgs dbol can I use orals with accutane? I heard there is liver damage so not I'm concerned.

Why would you not be bothered by liver damage?

Accutane is awful on the liver so I would drop all oral steroids and get on N2Guard asap. 7 caps per day.

I wouodnt use Accutane unless you absolutely had to. It has horrible sides
