Can you still gain muscle on stims?

I had a question about how stimulants work in the body. Do you think you can still gain muscle using stimulants or do you think that you should just use stimulants if you want to burn fat and accept you're going to lose some muscle.

Yes of course you can gain muscle on stims

stimulants will give you energy to workout more in the gym
 
You can gain muscle in any condition as long as you eat enough protein.
