what update? there is no update... its all about quality and a trusted source... they are both sarms and its not as though you cant take them either way...
there are also sarms gels which are the ultimate way to get max absorption or the poly cell liquid formula which is a proprietary method... i have always preferred liquid because you can manipulate the dosing the easiest that way...

Order from reliable source it dont matter. Pills are good. These are just there opinions. Take right doses and pills come in right dose from right source. Liquid isn't better.
