Carb cycling for cutting down

I'm going to start getting into carb cycling and maybe also ketogenic dieting
all my question today was just about carb cycling. So just so I understand on days that I work out and do a lot of cardio I should eat more carbs in on days that I don't work out I should not eat carbs correct? Or do I just reduced it by half is there like a ratio that I should follow

carb cycling works but you need to combine it with keto and fasting

There are a ton of methods to carb cycle. Im more of a fan of just sticking to a specific macro target each day
