carb heavy pre workout?

What do you think about doing a carb-heavy meal pre-workout
I’m drinking a jug of Gatorade powder and then I’m also eating a large breakfast that includes eggs, bread, and raw oatmeal
I would say for breakfast I’m getting in at least 100 grams of carbs and then pre-workout I’m getting another 120 grams of carbs
those are my biggest carp meals of the day
is this a good strategy to grow muscles?

use honey instead of gatorade or sugar, more honey
 
if you want your body to have to do a lot of work while you're training and be under stress then yes

if you want to do a Clean workout out then no

I prefer to lift while fasted however back when I was lifting heavy I would have a light pre-workout meal about 90 minutes prior a couple eggs and some fruit thats all

no heavy sugary drinks at all. just water
 
you aren't gonna want to consume lots of carbs ahead of any training session
