Hello there I'm a retired competitive snowboarder who have had several surgeries and injuries, I have had some history with Sustanon 250, but have been off for quite some time. I am looking for some knowledge and guidance on a recovery cycle.
Age:32
Weight: 190
Height: 5'8
training: legs, core, cardio

Projected cycle:
I am headed towards starting a cylce of BPC-157 along with TB-500. I would also like to stack it with some HGH (Beltropin).
Where are legit gear sources???
Any issues with pairing these peptides with HGH???

As for tracking my diet and training, have been out with surgery for the last 5-6 months but will be starting to track these as I get back into my routine. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF I MISSED ANYTHING OR NEED TO TWEAK MY LOG AT ALL.

Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc

can you get some pictures up of your snowboarding or videos? that would be cool!
 
umbrella is a good one for peptides.
also our steroid sources are A+ for hgh
 
bpc and tb500 are good peptides for recovery.
I recommend you, run them a solid 3 months, to get the best results.
