correct hgh dosing

I ordered nutropin which is a product of hgh that comes in 10mg vials. I've always ordered kits that came in iu's so it was easy to know how much to inject. in this case how do i make the conversions to mgs to IU's and what is mg/IU. I am just an american who doesn't know metrics so help me please.

If you mix the water in, you'll get a base level hgh. From there use an insulin needle, 2 lines on it is 2 IUs.

Easiest way bro is use .5ML bac water per vial. Now when you pull your insulin pin to 10 it’s 2 iu and 20 is 4iu. Super easy.

I am going to do .5ml as well. I usually do 1ml BAC water.
