I followed your other log and your amazing transformation, true anabolex family brother, hardcore squats even 500, REAL deal!

the meals, you have them meal prepped? or this will change as you go?

I would cut the carbs to 150 if you can imo

I’m continuing to meal prep the same way, I’m just eating less. Also, I’m really watching my calories and being much more strict about cheat meals. It’s been about 2 weeks and I’m down to 240. Bench was 380 yesterday, lost a good amount of strength there, but I still got 5 plates on squat on Thursday. I feel a little bit weaker, but the pumps are better. It will be nice to get my veins back!

As much as I don’t want to lose the strength gains, I want more definition. And then the next bulk I’ll have even more muscle when I hit 250 again.

Surprised that you're using Primo.
But I guess it's a good addition because the side effects are very low and it kind of stacks well here.
 
You will love the NPP. i would consider using some proviron the first 4 weeks. that will balance out the NPP until you start the anavar.
 
Six meals a day, looks very solid.
You're gonna grow like a weed on this and you're gonna get really strong.

One of the things I would love to see, is you continue to push things And see what your body is capable of, but don't injure yourself in the process.
