Approved Log Cutting Cycle Log - from 254 to 230lbs

@n8cantrell update me please
I’ve contacted them on 3 different platforms. Since November 23rd. They claimed they reshipped it but couldn’t give me tracking info, and then they said they were working on getting it approved and now they’re unresponsive. I requested a refund on cash app and they blocked me on there. They need to be held accountable.

Yeah it’s just a bummer cuz I was hoping to run it while cutting to keep my gains. Guys set me up with napsgear who hopefully will take care of me, I’ve lost a lot of strength. But then again I’m cutting pretty hard. Diet is super strict, and the weight is coming right off. Anavar and primo will bring back whatever I’ve lost without the water, I just wanted to squat 500 before getting lean!

Donkey calf raises 400 3x10

Reverse pec deck 130 5x10

Rear delt flies 20 6x12

Cable rear delt flies 17.5 4x12

Eat salmon and 6 eggs

45 mins treadmill

Bench went down significantly; Covid probably had a bigger role to play in it than the cut but hopefully next week I can still get 365.

I look super flat, it’s a bit discouraging. But like the bulk, I’m trusting the process. I think I’m going to cut down to around 215. I’m close to 230 already and there’s no way it’s much more than water and glycogen. It’s nice to fit into old shirts again and they’re definitely fitting differently than before the bulk.

That’s what my gym bro said, just trust the process. Waist is much trimmer and I feel a lot lighter on my feet. Curious to see what I look like at 200. I love power lifting tho, but it’s so much harder on my body.

Facts, completely trust the process. Diet is on point. 120 carbs, only fats I eat are from eggs and milk, then chicken rice broccoli salmon oatmeal.

thats oldschool how are your macros coming out? 120 carbs but where is protein and fat at ?
Fats are around 120, protein is around 350. I’ll probably throw in some nuts before training on big days like legs and back, but all my carbs are pretraining and then protein at night after.
