Starting anavar Monday for 8 weeks. Training has switched up quite a bit. Instead of pyramiding weight I’m using a light working weight and training close to failure on all my working sets. Weekly, I’ll try to beat my previous reps, instead of beating my previous weight. Completely opposite from strength training, but I’m more fatigued in less time so it’s working.
