200 mg cyp
400 mg primo
Ordered HG and will run 4iu to start

On training days
100 grams of carbs
225 grams protein

Off days
50 grams carbs
225 grams protein

Training split
Back/bis

on the cycle here thats good but why no aromasin or serms? and why no organ liver protection like n2guard?


please share diet more info on your meals and foods and when you eat them
training share actual sets reps and weights and when you do them

cycle looks pretty good
you might want to cut it though to 12 weeks only if you want to recover better
 
pictures very early on in your log are important
otherwise we're not going to know where you're coming from
 
this is going to be an awesome cutting cycle
but make sure you put up pictures so we can get an accurate number
 
Yes recomp…will cut for another 6 weeks than bulk and grow and will compete again next year. Competed when I was younger and have the itch again.

I like the layout. You keep carbs that low consistent? Can't feel good
