I'm 32 years old, 5'11" Currently weighing in at 100kgs, representing SilverBack Labs. Doing a cutting cycle and will be running a mix of animal-based eating, with fasting.
I am currently about 4 weeks into this cycle.

Main Goal: Cutting

Workout Type: Weights + conditioning

Training Level: Intermediate/advanced

Program Duration: 12+ weeks

Workout Days per Week: 5

Equipment: Barbell, KB, DB, Cables, Bands

Suppl: Creatine, Preworkout, Magnesium, Inositol

Cardio: Weight vest walks for 3-5 kms every day

5 Day Split (M, T, W, T, F):

Monday:
Chest, Triceps, Delts

Tuesday: Quads & Hip Flexor

Wednesday: Back, Biceps, And Rear Delts

Thursday: Hamstrings and calves

Friday: Arms and Delts

Saturday & Sunday: off

Currently diet wise I am following exactly the same thing every week which looks like the following
Monday - Fasting
Tuesday - 3 meals in an 8-hour window from 12-8pm which consists of egg and bacon slice (12 eggs and 400g of bacon), Meal 2 500g of slow-cooked lamb or beef, Meal 3 500g of steak
Wednesday - 3 meals in an 8 hour window from 12-8pm which consists of egg and bacon slice (12 eggs and 400g of bacon), Meal 2 500g of slow-cooked lamb or beef, Meal 3 500g of steak
Thursday - Fast
Friday - 3 meals in an 8 hour window from 12-8pm which consists of egg and bacon slice (12 eggs and 400g of bacon), Meal 2 500g of slow-cooked lamb or beef, Meal 3 500g of steak
Saturday - 12 eggs and bacon for breakfast, followed by 500g of fruit of any description, Dinner 500g of steak and 1kg of frozen mixed berries and 50g of honey
Sunday - 12 eggs and bacon for breakfast, followed by 500g of fruit of any description, Lunch 500g of chicken drumsticks Dinner 500g of steak with sweet potato mash and 1kg of frozen mixed berries and 50g of honey

The basic answer is the I do 2x 40 hour fast a week and during the week I only eat carniovre and then on weekends I give myself a massive carb pump and do fruit, honey and sweet potato.
So far with the test has worked very well indeed. I have actually;y gone up 2.5kgs and drastically down in vsiable body fat. Will keep you updated as I go
 
try and post them more detailed training
that will give us more of an idea of what you're doing
 
what are you specifically eating when it comes to carnivore
post up your foods
 
its important to eat organs too
those are where the main nutrition is
 
this will be something very different to follow
I like that you do fruit and sweet potato that's good
 
how did you find out about this sort of eating Style
I'm asking because we don't see too many people following this in the American World
