Mr. Ash was out cold, sleeping away on his back, I woke him up letting him out of his kennel. He gave a big stretch, doing an army crawl out. We both are a Lil slow this morning to the fridge I got him some water and my guilty pleasure of Rockstar zero. We do our sweep and we had 8 buttnuggys, turn on the water hit the plants. We get inside Mr Ash headed back to bed with mom. For me? The Creeper's dungeon is needed! I started off walking the treadmill for 10 min to a slow jog for an other 25 minutes. Started to tighten up. Transitioning to the floor I took my time and stretching out every angle I can on my legs. Stretch out my back really well. Finished off with my old school standard stretches. Then as customary now on rest days I normally do some push up's and pull up's. So to start, on my bench I do my Creeper stretches. Letting weight hang in my hand rotating in a small circles. Let it pull on everything in the shoulder. At 30 lbs. Switched out and do both sides. Doing 4 or 5 sets of this helps let the tension out of the shoulders.

* Then set up with yoga blocks and did 15 push up's. Everything seems smooth and controlled. Did 15 more shoulder is coming back.

* Pull up's – today, the belt again with 25. And was able to do 5 pretty easily. Took a rest and... pull off 5 more. Rest.... 8 more... 5x2 and a 8 stall w 25lb plate.

* I started doing what I call goose curls. If you know how to do a normal curl. Rotating wrist down to the ground. 20lbs. Keep wrist bent. Curl up letting the bar sit in the hook of the fingers and curl up allowing the wrist to be pulled down as you curl up to 80% or so. You do this right all forearms. 10 reps X 5 sets. = Freak forearms

• Started the day at 0400. Mr Ash is up and ready, Throw on my sweats. I have my pre loaded 1 ml pin ready with....(ALL USP GEAR)

Gear beamed aboard, throw the science officers robe on and Ash bolts down stairs He is waiting for me at the fridge, I give him breakfastand some water and I take my supplements with my Rockstar zero.... We do our perimeter sweep, water the yard. Collect buttnuggets, 8 this morning. It has been super hot. We have smoke in the air again sinuses have been really pissed off. Took Ash back upstairs to snuggle with Mrs. Creeper. I hit the Creeper dungeon Turned on some background music, Started on the treadmill walking for 10 then bump it up to the jog hitting the target zone for 25 minutes. Start doing my yoga stretches getting everything loose and limber. So far feeling well. No major stress issues. So into work started off with my Creeper stretches slow circles with a 30 lb dumbbell on the bench at an angle to let the weight pull on the shoulders and warm.

* 193.8 this morning

*WORK SETS

• Dumbbell Bench Press 12–18 reps × 5 sets @ 70lbs
18 clean reps, locked‑in form, chest tight and squeezed disrespectfully. I focus from deep stretch the weight just hanging on the pecks. From the bottom acceleration increases out of the hole to the top. To a center convergence. Slowing down to imagine and feeling squeezing the chest as tight as you can before cramping. On set 3 dropped back to 12 then 11. Then 10. We stay even in the book. We will work on adding some reps.

• Incline Dumbbell Flyes — 15°
10–15 reps × 4 sets 15lbs. Full stretch, slow squeeze. 15 reps on set 1. On set 2 did 14, then 13 on the rest of the sets. We gained 2 from last go around. I focused on keeping tempo in time. Then on the decent slow and controlled pause at maximum stretch. Feeling it pull on the chest open up really getting deep on the arms with a small bend at the elbows. I try and exhale slowly coming down letting gravity pull it open.

• Triceps Rope Pushdowns — 60 lbs.
10–15 reps × 4 sets
Working load for now. Focused, feeling the contractions from top to bottom, keeping the pace. To keep time under tension. On the contraction movement I push with a slower movement, then slow accent back. On a 4 count on both movements. Set 3 hit 14, then 13. We are even.

• Cable Lateral Raises
12–18 reps × 5 sets, 10 reps done instead.
Cross‑cable setup we are at 10lbs. Controlled in tempo. Adjusting stance to hit all the fibers in the shoulders by being forward, neutral and behind. And didn't seem to bother any. We are staying even in reps. I do say it was burning good. I want to go up in weight, but this seems to be the one I get hurt in the most. So not sure if I should push up in weight.

• Seated Overhead Dumbbell Press (Arnold Press)
8–12 reps × 5 sets
Bench nearly vertical, 30 lbs up and all sets at 12 reps, nothing seems to be hitching in the movement. This felt really good surprisingly. We have room.

* Extra sets Pull-Ups & Push-ups
Starting of with 15 push up's on the foam blocks. Jumping straight into pull up's got 15, back to the floor for 15 push up's. Straight back to the pull up bar for 15 at a stall. No pain felt just tightened up a bit.

* Then more Creeper stretches.

• DAILY FUEL BREAKDOWN
- Calories: 4,400—4,750
- Protein: ~400–450 added protein powder to everything
- Carbs: ~460–480g
- Fat: ~100–130g
- Sodium: ~4,800–5,800mg
- Meals: 6 total
- I blender up 4 cups of cooked rice with water till very smooth

* Notes of the Day
Well my Family we made it to Friday, Got some work at the house I need to do for Mrs Creeper's friend. She will get traded out for eyelash tinting and like a perm to curl them. For me, I am getting waxed, legs, back, chest. This will be Sunday.
In other things I got an older gentleman at work going. He was getting gear from a "friend" no label bottle. Not sure if he was really getting testosterone. But he is 67 and not in very good shape. Had been doing 475mg a week!? So I asked him to cut that back to like 200 and work back slowly. With the USP testosterone. And got him blood work scheduled. I will be posting it up when it happens to see how we can help him out. Hopefully we can get him feeling good.

🧠 TEAM USP — (CREEPER’S THOUGHTS)
Atlanta Pro is delivering real heat Morris vs Clark is the cleanest Men’s Physique clash of mid-season. Jo looks ready to redeem Tampa and lock his Vegas ticket.
CBum’s tease isn’t noise the density matches his early 2023 push, and Dino’s camp responding publicly is the biggest tell.
Danilov at 306 is the most dangerous mass threat outside Samson. Nick’s waist control is the best of his career, if he nails fullness, Vegas gets interesting.
Križo’s update is the sleeper story, if he peaks clean, he disrupts the entire 6–10 range.

Headed to the Creeper dungeon. Did yoga for 30 minutes stretch out very deep before getting on the treadmill for 25 minutes. Did a few minutes of work on my shoulders in the Creeper's stretch then set up for warm up sets. Turned on some classic heavy metal this morning. Bit slow to the go. Need some heat today.

* 193.2 This morning
* 6.75 hrs sleep with Cpap

• WORK SETS —

• Bent‑Over Barbell Rows (Bar 45lbs)
95 lbs total — 15, 15, 15
Back locked in place, bar path clean and planned. Feeling very easy to move, it felt so good to put a big squeeze in. Everything is feeling synchronized quickly in the upper/mid traps. I keep tempo and rhythm timed. Keeping everything in check you get the most out of this. Still feel the burn in the lats by rep 15 on the first set. Find the target angle to hit the group of muscle you want to work and stay locked. Today I went for mid back. Got a really nice pump really quickly. We stay even with the book.

• Lat Pulldowns 12 sets ( shoulder width + Unilateral) 25-15 reps.
100 on the stack, 50 for uni.
Shoulder‑to‑narrow rotation for 20 reps. Take 60 - 90 seconds Taking the time here is key. Keep the plan.
Unilateral rounds push for 20 on each side for 6 sets. Uni got 20 reps for 2 sets. Did 2 more sets, feeling okay. Went for 2 more sets, at 20 reps. With same reps as last go, and sets. We are gaining here.

• Seated Cable Rows
100lbs 3 x sets — 15, 15, 15
Full resets, tight pulls, 90‑second resets were mandatory. Form is smooth. upper & mid traps. Slow and controlled. Thinking about the sweep from head high to hip, keeping the line straight in the movement. You will feel the load shifting out of the arms into the lats, as the shoulder blades rotating around the ribs, then into mid back under squeeze. Back and lats are working hard. Definitely pumping up like a balloon.
Stay even with the book.

• Face Pulls
30 lbs. 25 reps x 3 sets
Rear delts take the hit. This is feeling good. Letting the weight pull out my arms. You can feel the shoulder blades rotating out and over then pulling together in middle of the spine. I hit 25, 25, 24. We got 2 reps. And my back is on fire!

• Standing Cable Curls
60 lbs
Set 1–6 strong eccentric pull, then a very slow decent on a 4 count.
Arms are always happy to do this. Tension kept on each arm for a set. This is done in a way – hard pull up...slow on the way down. This is the shaper or the bi's peak. I enjoy dumbbells. But the tension is here constant. Get into the deep stretch on this, where the arm is behind you a bit. 12 x 4 and 10 x 2 for the sets.

• Pullovers
80 lb dumbbell — 3×20
Sideways on the bench, letting gravity peel you open. Nothing uncomfortable in this loaded. Disciplined and controlled movements. Arch the back up in extended flattening out bringing it up. This is more than a lat movement. It builds core and deep on the tri's.

• Extra sets, Creeper curl
60 seconds between sets. Hand pronation away from you. Letting the wrist bend coming up and flattening out on the way down.
Slow and controlled on the first 5, quicker on the second 5 to really pump the blood in.
15 lbs x 4 sets. Hit 10 reps for all 4. This is the finisher for the bi's and forearms.

• Pull up's, I did 5, 90 second reset . Then got 5 more. Had my 25 lbs on a belt. Slow purposeful pull up and slow let down letting gravity pull my back for a 5 seconds count. Time to eat!!!!

*DAILY FUEL BREAKDOWN
- Total Calories: 3,800
- Total Protein: 400-420
- Total Carbs: ~460–480g
- Total Fat: ~75–110g
- Total Sodium: ~3,800–4,400mg
- Had a table spoon of honey pre workout
- been adding extra protein powder to shakes.

• OVERALL NOTES
Day was busy to start off I had some side work to do right after my lift. I wasn't too stoked to get it done. But after protein and carbs hit the system my mood changed and a 5.5 hr job got done in 2.5. Mrs. Creeper and Mr. Ash did hang with me. So it wasn't too bad at all. Took Ash on a run, had him pull me on the bike got a few miles in Ash would drive himself into the dirt if I let him. The kids are running out of summer and sleeping in where they can. We got school supplies and the show latter today. Obviously a busy time of year. Where does the time go!?

🔥 TEAM USP — BODYBUILDING NEWS 🔥
Aug 09/2026

• ATLANTA PRO SUPERSHOW — MEN’S OPEN TITLE
James Hollingshead finally breaks his streak of three straight runner‑up finishes and wins the 2026 Lenda Murray Atlanta Pro Supershow, securing his qualification for the 2026 Mr. Olympia.
He out‑conditioned Regan Grimes in a decisive shape vs. conditioning showdown, earning unanimous first‑place scores from the judges. I have to say, I was worried they would give it to Grimes after what happened in China.

• ATLANTA PRO — OTHER DIVISION CHAMPIONS
Corey Morris continues his 2026 takeover, claiming Men’s Physique just one week after Tampa.
Alida Opre dominates Women’s Bodybuilding.
Additional Olympia qualifiers from Atlanta:
• Abby Bolton
• Nicole Zenobia Graham
• Mahsa Akbarimehr

The Olympia qualification window closes August 30, 2026

🧠 TEAM USP (CREEPER’S THOUGHTS)
Hollingshead finally gets the win with the look he’s been bringing all season, dry, grainy, and carved. Regan brought shape, but conditioning is the currency of 2026, and James paid in full. Corey Morris is becoming the most dangerous Men’s Physique threat of the year, stacking wins like it’s routine. Nick Walker’s confidence isn’t just noise it’s pressure. Samson acknowledging him only adds fuel. And with Derek Lunsford sitting on the throne, every contender knows exactly what level they must reach. In my thoughts there are a couple guys that beat him out as of now.

TEAM USP stays locked in.
