Keynotes:

Lipid Panel:
- My total cholesterol is GOOD, its 185 and below the 200 mg/dL reference range
- My HDL cholesterol is 74 which also meets the > OR = 40 mg/dL reference range
- My triglycerides is 63 mg/dL and less than the <150 mg/dL healthy range
- My LDL (bad) cholesterol is 96 mg/dL which is high, but just under the <100 mg/dL (calc) reference range
- My vitamin D is 49 pg/mL which is well within the 18-72 pg/mL reference range

To summarize, my lipid panel results are quite good, only concern would be my LDL, which is on the higher spectrum of the reference range.

Metabolic Panel:
- My glucose level is 71 mg/dL and is within the 65-99 mg/dL reference range
- My urea nitrogen is also at a GOOD level at 12 mg/dL which is well within the 7-25 mg/dL reference range. This is particularly interesting because it means my urea nitrogen is more or less at a neutral state and the consequence of this is that I’m not breaking down muscle tissues, but instead maintaining it.

To summarize, my metabolic panel results are decent.

Hormone Panel:
- My T3 FREE is at 4,0 pg/mL which is at the higher end of the reference range of 2,3-4,2 pg/mL
- My T3 REVERSE is 22 ng/dL which is good, but also at the higher end of the 8-25 ng/dL reference range
- My IGF-1 hormone level is 256 ng/mL which is less than the optimal reference range of 331 ng/mL
- My SHBG is GOOD at 42 nmol/L and it is well within the reference range of 10-50 nmol/L

To summarize, my hormone panel seems decent enough with no glaring red flags

CBC
- My white blood cell count is 8,8 Thousand/uL and within the 3,8-10,8 Thousand/uL reference range. It basically means that I'm not fighting off any infection and I'm relatively healthy at this point
- My red blood count is 5,7 Million/uL which is well within the 4,20-5,80 Million/uL reference range. However, it is on the high side, but this could also be indicative that I'm benefiting from my cardio workouts
- My hemoglobin is 16,9 g/dL which is at the higher spectrum according to the reference range of 13,2-17,1 g/dL. However, it only means that my body is effectively supplying oxygenated blood to all parts of my body including my muscle tissues. From a training standpoint, it means I'll have delayed lactic acid buildup in my muscle tissues and better tolerance levels to muscle fatigue as a result
- Also, my total Iron level was 120 mcg/dL which falls within the reference range of 50-180 mcg/dL.

To summarize, there are no red flags to worry about with my CBC.
