do's and don'ts of sarms

I am getting my package tomorrow from s4s according to tracking of sarms. I am 5'7 and 155 pounds and work out 5X per week. I am using creatine, pre workout, and casein at night. my cycle is going to be
GW 12 weeks 20mg a day
SR 12 weeks 30mg a day spread
S4 12 weeks 50mg a day split dose
any little tips i should know about?

That's a good sarms stack, I would split the gw dose AM/preworkout and add cardazol 3 caps per day.

1-12 GW-501516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 sr9009 (STENABOLIC) 30 mg day... 5 mg split doses 2-3 hours apart
1-12 S4 (ANDARINE) 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
