Driademedical.com shipping errors

Not gonna use driademedical anymore
they ship my package three weeks ago and its showing in possession of shipping partner for the past 2 weeks. This is getting ridiculous. I reached out to them and ask them what was going on in the guy was extremely rude to me calling me an idiot and blamed covid for it. Stupid, did covid steal my package? Lol. I just want my stuff
