sted-bay.com has zero customer service! It's getting extremely frustrating dealing with these clowns. They don't know what they're doing and they've been being really rude to me lately. I don't want to be one of those types but I have to call them out. Just horrible customer service. They don't get back to you and they're very rude as well. I still haven't gotten my order and it's been nine weeks. I think it's probably stolen or they never even shipped it.
