which test would you run here and how much for recomping?

It sounds like you may be running longer esters (tren 200 and eq 400) for this cycle so I recommend you stick with a test cyp or test ent, you could also try a sustanon but it may be a bit harder to dial in your dosing schedule and hormonal balance with sustanon if you are a beginner.

In short, check out Testosterone Cypionate or Testosterone Enanthate.

Most people react better with testosterone in this situation by running it low 200 milligrams or less
there are a few guys who already exception but they are a very loud minority
