Approved Log Equipoise Trenbolone Testosterone Log

bro I dont mind the layout but have you ran tren before. this is gonna be key as you are looking to run 7 weeks at a high dose. sides will get nasty
 
Pinned 125mg eq 100 mg testc and 50mg Tren to start the cycle, pin again Tren Saturday and actual full doses of test and eq Sunday. Pinning test and eq together, 1.5 needle glutes, alternating, Tren in delts alternating

Did 7 sets shoulder press (2 heavy sets 185), lat raises, cable rear delt, front raises, machine rear delts and upright rows all 4 to 5 sets.
Back did barbell rows, lat pulldowns, low cable rows close grip, lat pulldowns close grip, wide grip cable rows
Bicep barbell curls, low cable curls, hammer curls, preacher curls, overhead cable curls all of back and biceps was 4 to 5 sets. Will share food log later today

8 sets squats (2 sets of 3 at 325 for the heavy set)
6 sets leg press
6 sets calf raises
5 sets hip thrusters
5 sets leg extension
5 sets leg curl
5 sets back extension
3 each inner and outer thigh machine

5 sets pullovers
5 sets machine glies

5 sets close grip bench up to 185 lbs
5 sets overhead tricep press
4 sets press down
5 sets nose breakers
3 sets dips max reps

7 sets shrugs

Current intake for the day with 1 meal left

Squats up to about 325 and then 225 for working sets of 6 to 8 with different foot placements
Leg press just 4 plates on each side for slow reps variations in foot placement, typically 10 to 12 reps, calf raises same weight
Leg extensions and leg curls 4/5th the stack… dont really pay attention to the number on those more focused on slow rep with squeeze and slow negative
Inner and outer thigh machine I do the stack for sets of 30
Back extensions start with a 45 and 25 and then 2 45s again for slow with squeeze.

Chest I’ll usually work up to 275 and then working sets of 225 with a wider grip for full stretch, machine weights I typically don’t pay attention to the weight number just go to a weight I can do 6 to 8 reps and try to squeeze out 10.

Oh!!! Cardio! I walk from the truck to the gym and back… no seriously I don’t do a lot of cardio other than chase 3 kids around 🤣
