Fasted cardio and fasting before big meals

Hello i am starting to change my goals and want more physique look, curious to hear what you would recommend for those of us who want to improve things overall when it comes to fasting techniques
I have a 2 part question for you
First is it best to break a fast before a big meal if you are fasting for 20-30 hours straight?
2nd when should i be doing fasted cardio for it to be most efficient for fat loss?

Fasted cardio is the best I do it all the time.

If you want to break a fast use a low carb high protein high fat meal.
 
fasting should be not before big meals it should be general
 
if you do a longer fast like that i recommend working out first. but make sure you HYDRATE with good quality water

then break the fast once your heart rate comes down, but break it carefully with some raw fruit.

OR you can do your fasted cardio then continue fasting for the day then break the fast for dinner.
 
fasting cardio ideal in the morning after fasting for 12-20 hours I would say. Big meal is ok I would just shrink eat window in general
