Favorite type of Asian food?

Wanted to get some opinions on your favorite type of Asian food. I'm going to be going to New York and I know that they have a lot of different Asian restaurants to pick from. I was going to go to Chinatown but I wanted to check out some other dishes and other cultural food over there as well. Has anyone liked Japanese food or should I take a look at Thai food or maybe some Filipino food? Any advice? What would you say is the healthiest option?

Bros, my wife is Japanese so she makes Asian food all the time. My favorite is those little baby corns. Those taste good.

I love Asian food. My favorite is gonna be good old fashioned beef and broccoli. If made properly, nothing is better.

Lots of good options when it comes to Asian food. I personally like seafood and I like the way they chop it up and mix it in with rice and broccoli.

I like rice and I like those fortune cookies that they add into the food. That actually tastes pretty good and you can read your fortune.
