First cycle

38 years 6'5" 222lbs
Low test levels around 250 . Dr gave test cyp 100 a week. Food on point. Lost 80 lbs since last year. Really want abs to show. But don't want to starve myself lol. Eating 3100 to 3800 calories . Very active 6 day week split,,20k steps and several ebike rides a day. Never any peds. Looking to get shredded abs to get some pics and create a fitness business. So guessing one cycle of something. Very intense in gym . But love food so really don't want to go low on calories again did 1500 to 2000 when lost the big chunk of weight.

welcome @Bbauto1453 you have a great base

I suggest you add 250mgs testosterone/week and 50mgs anavar/day with n2guard 7caps

go low carbs, cardio every day AM and get try, it would be hard to lose bodyfat without cutting calories even if you do fasting

You can do 16/8 fasting too that would help for sure

and post a log of your cycle when you start

Consider TEST ENAN-300mgs, weekly; ANAVAR-50mgs, daily; plus add N2Guard for organs support, very important to your health
 
First cycle usually test man. But ur on trt. You want to cut more for ur abs. You can do wini, or anavar or tbol or wini and amavar or tbol and anavar. All while staying on trt but id bump test to 300 for 12 weeks and do orals for 8 weeks
