Geneza pharma cock bombs 70??

I was looking at what geneza pharma has to offer and saw they sell a product called cock-bombs70
The ingredients are tadalafil-20mgs and sildenafil 50mgs
So obviously this is really good for erections
My question is can you give me some information on how I'm supposed to use this stuff. do I take it an hour before or do I take it the day before? and has anyone tried this and won't have been your experiences with it
 
viagra is a shorter acting and cialis is more longer acting

as far as when to take it, it boils down to trial and error. i would start at 2 hours prior and work my way back
