Hey guys I'm using Geneza pharma testosterone enanthate at 400 mg a week as my first cycle. I started the cycle at 165 lb oh, and now I'm up to 168 pounds after 3 weeks. I want to know when will I start seeing more gains, I want to gain about 20 lb on this cycle.

I've tried genea pharma a few times, good quality products. I had some PIP from injecting 5MLs of primobolan but wouldn't be surprised had that from bayer too lol.
To see more gains on a cycle you need to EAT more, at least 2 grams of protein per lb, so you need about 320 grams of protein per day to get really thick.

20 pounds is a lot of weight. imagine if we gained that much every cycle. after 10 cycles you would gain 200 pounds. have realistic goals please

Clean Diet is an important part of any cycle, make sure it is minimum 330 grams of protein per day, plus good fat and veggies

Hey buddy,
Eat more food increase your food intake by upping up your calorie intake. Plus if your liking to add more mass gains I would have suggested adding Deca and oral Dbol to your cycle.

20 lbs most likely 10-15 if not more will be water weight especially if you are eating like shit.

Increase your protein intake yes everyone told you but I'll tell you again. Add protein shakes 2-3 times per day push +100 grams of protein.
