Getting the most out of my weight training with diet

Newbie
are there any tips you can share with me to get the most out of my weight training
my issue right now is I seem to lose a lot of energy during my workouts
I'm not sure if it's because I'm not getting enough sleep at night or if my diet isn't up to par
but regardless is there any tips that you guys do to keep your energy High during your workout in terms of diet?
 
can be all of the above.

if i sleep like shit the night before my workouts suffer
if i eat less than optimal it makes a huge difference
also keeping workouts fun is important

you need high protein in your diet and add ostazol m1mk before training to get a good boost and higher reps.

When do you train and when do you last eat beforehand?
 
Diet is important, less carbs, more meat and veggies, plus CARDAZOL, NATURAL booster of cardio,stamina,energy, fat loss
