I just did a cut and I was able to shed about 40 or 45 lb. It was a really good accomplishment and I worked really hard. The problem is I'm having trouble getting stronger now as I'm very weak. What would be your advice on what I can take to get stronger now after this?
It's normal to lose strength when you lose weight. That's just how it is. And it's simple science. So you just have to build back stronger now and build lean muscle mass.
In terms of what you can take, you can take something like HCGenerate. It's a natural testosterone booster; it'll make you stronger, and it's not going to ruin your hormones.
Do you want to take anabolic steroids or do you want to take SARMs? You posted this in the weight training section which is odd. Let us know what you're looking to accomplish.
In terms of weight training, I would start lifting and stick to the compound lifts, things like squats and deadlifts for example, and flat bench. Those will really build your strength back.
Bros, I lost a lot of weight too. The way I gained back my strength was just staying consistent in the gym. You're not going to be as strong as you were before because you ate a lot more. That's why they have weight classes. So don't get discouraged.
