I’ve been dealing with a lot of different injuries all over my body. I’m also dealing with recovery issues. I spend 4 or 5 days a week in the weight room and I really hit things hard. I feel like that this is really wearing down my body especially at my age at 56 years old. What is a good dosage of growth hormone you can recommend for me? Should I go with 3iu’s or would 5iu’s be good?
