helping my skin after shower

seems like after I take a shower my skin gets very dry and very itchy
that I get back in the shower and I have to put cream to make it more moisture
wondering what you would recommend I do going forward when it comes to Healing my skin so I don’t get so itchy all the time
any supplements that I should be using or shampoos or body lotion or something?
