Hilma pharma (hilma biocare) failed to ship my products :(

well hate to be the bearer of bad news but hilma pharma biocare is a junk source. They never shipped out my product it’s been sitting awaiting for shipment for the past 5 weeks.
I’ve been messaging them twice a week for the past 4 weeks and they keep giving me excuses as to why it’s not being shipped.
It’s a real shame that sources like this can rip off their customers. I’m out $800
