Goodmorning Brothers,
I just wanted to drop a summary of my Test + Deca cycle experience.
My Test E + Deca cycle ran for 12 weeks, I know I could have gone longer to maybe 16 weeks, but I felt this cycle was just right for me. I got my gear along with Proviron and Aromasin from UPsteroid and Hilma WH. I started my cycle on April 27, 2023 BTW.
My my weekly dosage for Test E was 500mg which was taken for the entire length of the cycle while I took 300mg of Deca per week for 10 weeks. A daily dosage of 25mg Proviron + 25mg Aromasin was included in my cycle. I was worried about my estrogen levels spiking and the side effects that come with it, as well as, deca dick lol, that's why I included Aromasin + Proviron respectively. I had never used gear from Hilma before now, but I had no problems with their products.
In terms of side-effects, I did experience acne particularly on my face, chest and upper back/shoulder area. My bladder worked overtime as well with frequent urination, I guess my aggression levels were up as well, but in a good way, as my gym buddies can testify lol.
I wasn't too finicky with gains, as I knew with steady, consistent training and clean nutrition it would come, but I must have started noticing real signs by the ninth week. I started with a weight of about 192 Ib (87 kg) + 24.65 BMI, and I'm currently 195 Ib (88 kg) with about a 152 Ib (78%) LBM and 22% BF.
In conclusion, I can say that Hima is a good WH for your Test E + Deca cycle as well as antiestrogen meds, and of course UPsteroid didn't disappoint with the delivery and their overall customer service. I definitely recommend Hilma Biocare and UPsteroid to any one on this platform. They're a good match!!
