How do you fight getting so dehydrated on a hot day outside it's like 100° where I live and when I try to jog outside I get really sweaty fast
I'm sure you guys have some sort of strategy to dealing with this besides just drinking water which doesn't seem to do enough for me. how do you replace all the salts and minerals that you are losing?
