Newbie
when I workout my body gets super hot and I start sweating a lot and I usually get dizzy after words. Is there a product to help me during my workouts prevent myself from getting to overheated.
I try different things like throwing ice on my head but that doesn't seem to work maybe it's something internal
 
Some people are like this. My advice is find out what causes this and get away from it. Try and train in colder climate and drink more

Increase your water and electrolyte intake thats my suggestion.
