I’m wondering about pre-workout coffee
I’ve been pretty stimmed up for the past year before my workout since I have to get up around 4 or 5:00 in the morning to go hit my workout because I have a 12-hour day.
I’m looking to wean myself off of the stimulants slowly. I’m going to replace them with some coffee
now my question is what do you recommend I add to my coffee pre-workout where it won’t mess up my workout should I be adding lots of sugar and lots of cream or is there another strategy that you recommend how about adding protein powder will that work?
