How do you use melanotan to achieve a tan?

I have super fair skin. I am a red head. When I try to get sunlight, I burn really easily and I don't like those spray tans. I got one before and I was sick all night, coughing and sneezing.
What would be the best dosage to use Melanotan and which source would you recommend? Someone told me to go with 50 mg but that seems high.

The dosage is dependent on how light your skin is and how dark your skin is. If you're more light skin, you should run more. If you're more dark skin, you should run less. It's as simple as that.
