I do both running and weight training. I usually run three to four times a week and I do weight training about three times a week. I really drill my body into the dirt by doing this type of lifestyle. Do you think 1 mg of TB500 a day would work well? Do you think that will help me recover? Right now I'm taking Epsom salt baths for my recovery and it's not doing enough.
